Troubleshoot test-related issues to determine failure point - Report issues that are clear, concise, and on time for development - Manual testing of multi-function device software (both the desktop and app version) - Document bugs using Microsoft TFS - Goal is to verify software feature functionality as written for our desktop and mobile software - Work with very little supervision - Ability to document issues (capture “look & feel”, functionality, system failures or SW reset issues) - Recreate problems found in field and triage the bugs **Requirements**: - Must have a bachelor’s degree in software or engineering - At least 3 years experience with manual testing - Strong ability to create test plans - Strong documentation experience
