As part of the PMO Team, this role manages all program and operational aspects of the Digital Academy, aligned with the broader Academy organization. Position Details Title: Global Program Coordinator for Digital Academy - Early Career Talent Location: Bogotá, Colombia Duration: Temporary up to 2 years Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth end-to-end process execution during all phases of the Digital Academy experience. Analyze and improve existing processes, develop new ones, and promote their adoption. Manage expectations, timelines, stakeholders, communication, and risks for effective project management. Explore and adopt new digital tools within the digital hub for the Digital Academy program. Analyze data to assess business performance and create reports for stakeholders. Support Faculty in leveraging tools like Airtable, Mural, Canva, and Canvas, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Promote team spirit by sharing successes and best practices across borders. Understand basic sales and demand generation processes. Required Experience and Skills At least 1 year of professional experience in project management or sales support, not exceeding 2 years. Experience in operations-related fields is advantageous. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. University degree. Strong communication, empathy, motivation, and influence skills. Effective presentation skills. Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and new technologies. Global cultural awareness and respect for diversity. Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to operate in complex environments. Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.
