We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide essential administrative support in a healthcare setting. This role focuses on managing patient records and facilitating the intake process, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth onboarding, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Respnsibilities: - Organize, maintain, and protect patient medical records (both paper and electronic). - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. - Process medical record requests from patients, providers, and third parties. - Assist with audits and quality checks to ensure record accuracy and completeness. - Respond to inquiries and provide documentation to authorized personnel. - Collect and verify personal, insurance, and medical history information. - Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal staff. - Ensure all intake forms and consent documents are accurately completed. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the intake process. - Refer patients to appropriate departments or services based on initial assessments. Skills : - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems. - High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. - Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service is preferred. - High school diploma required. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Modality: On-site
