About The Role The Marketing Traffic Coordinator supports our paid digital advertising efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Group Lead, this role manages project timelines, coordinates assets, and facilitates communication between copy, creative, demand generation, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of digital marketing workflows. What You'll Do Campaign Coordination & Workflow Management Manage digital advertising projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as the main contact between internal teams for campaign development. Maintain project schedules and track milestones, escalating issues as needed. Use Asana to assign tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines. Ensure stakeholders meet project milestones and manage workflow dependencies. Asset & Content Management Organize and distribute creative assets, copy, and specifications. Ensure assets meet platform requirements and brand standards before launch. Coordinate stakeholder approvals and revisions. Centralize project assets in Asana for easy access. Communication and Collaboration Act as liaison between teams to align on campaign goals. Provide regular updates on project status and bottlenecks. Maintain documentation of timelines, specs, and asset delivery in Asana. Process Optimization & Reporting Identify and implement process improvements. Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance with analytics teams. Organize and archive digital assets for future reference. Use Asana’s reporting tools to monitor workflow efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or digital advertising operations. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads is a plus.
