Lead processing implementation projects of a technical and non-technical nature during the planning, execution, implementation and post-implementation phases. - Deliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations. - Can you effectively identify the consumers’ needs? - Are you able to handle multiple projects? - Are you self-driven and motivated to create efficiency in different projects? Role - Provides end-to-end project execution throughout processing implementation projects - Assess and document customer needs and according implementation activities. Act promptly on issues during project execution, in order to determine possible solutions and responsibles. - Drive customer processing implementation projects of electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology. - Identify appropriate processing implementation support documentation (contracts, agreements, forms etc ) to be provided by customers and guide them through applicable MasterCard processing rules, specification and documentation. - Handle multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel. - Serve as the main point of contact with internal areas (Franchising, Legal, Product specialists, Finance) for projects with no Customer Delivery participation.
