Cybersecurity Expertise for Strategic Growth Mastercard's Data & Services team provides cutting-edge services to help customers drive strategic growth. As a Managing Consultant, you will develop key client strategies, lead client engagements, and generate hypotheses to address client problems. The role involves developing key client strategies, leading client engagements across various industries and project types, including cybersecurity risk management consulting services, data governance, and data analytics. You will synthesize analyses into clear recommendations and share findings through impactful storylines and slides. In this position, you will have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior teammates, contribute to Mastercard's knowledge management, and shape the cybersecurity practice's future. We are seeking individuals with passion, problem-solving skills, analytic excellence, project management experience, communication and presence skills, teamwork capabilities, commercial orientation, integrity, and diverse perspectives. - Undergraduate or master's degree in technology and/or cybersecurity related fields and work experience after completing your undergraduate degree - Experience in a consulting organization (manager or higher level) with team management responsibility in technology and cybersecurity projects - Knowledge of information security standards and best practices such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA and hands-on experience in executing and managing cyber security risk & controls assessments or audits - Experience in assessing and building programs and solutions that balance protection and business needs - Demonstrated working experience with security technologies and processes such as awareness and training, cloud security, disaster recovery, end point protection, hardening, network security, IAM, secure software development lifecycle, SIEM, third party risk management, threat and vulnerability management - Desirable certifications: CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor - Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions - Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with both mid- and executive-level clients - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, SQL / data expertise is desirable Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization, and therefore it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices; ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; report any suspected information security violation or breach; and complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
