Activities The Key Account Manager OEMs is responsible for managing commercial activities, positioning the TotalEnergies brand in Colombia, increasing sales volume, and developing clients through training strategies and product development. They focus on expanding the product range and entering new markets. Main Activities: Ensure the development of commercial activities within their zone and with clients. Guarantee technical training and development of the client service team. Implement the joint marketing strategy for brand development with clients. Ensure application of the ELUB platform across all OEM clients. Achieve sales growth and meet objectives aligned with the Business Unit. Plan, monitor, and report on projects assigned by the B2C Commercial Management. Promote the use of the SALSA tool as part of daily culture. Coordinate with the Commercial Management to train and develop clients through the LubInstitute platform. Support the Marketing department in executing strategies. Develop the OEM service network. Forecast sales projections accurately. Provide quality customer service. Manage client portfolios effectively, including collections. Report KPIs as required by Commercial Management. Candidate Profile Professional background in administration, engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years in similar roles and 5 years in the sector. Specific knowledge in sales methodology, project evaluation, bidding management, and Office tools. Skills include flexibility, adaptability, dynamism, good communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and goal orientation.
