We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Specialist with 3–5+ years of experience to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Linked In, and Tik Tok. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of clients, translating business goals into paid media strategies that drive results. You'll own end-to-end campaign execution — from setup and optimization to reporting and insights — while collaborating closely with creatives, account managers, and leadership. Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm PST Qualifications: 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with working knowledge of Linked In Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and GA4 Proven track record of managing campaigns across a range of budgets and industries Confidence in owning performance conversations with clients and explaining strategy in plain terms Strong analytical skills — you’re passionate about performance metrics and optimization levers Ability to work independently and prioritize workload without needing micromanagement A collaborative mindset — you value great creative, thoughtful strategy, and clear communication Bonus points for platform certifications (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics) Responsibilities: Own paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, with a focus on Meta, Google, Linked In, and Tik Tok. Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid social and paid search to hit performance KPIs. Develop, interpret, and present performance reports that turn data into compelling, actionable insights. Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and leadership to align campaigns with broader strategy. Lead or support client calls, clearly communicating campaign results, recommendations, and optimizations. Stay ahead of platform changes, targeting capabilities, and creative trends to continuously improve performance.
