Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on C# Lead / FireWire Lead to join our backend team. This role is ideal for a backend expert passionate about designing and building scalable solutions using .NET, C#, and Azure services. As the technical leader of a high-impact team, you'll drive architecture, implementation, and performance optimization of mission-critical applications. Qualifications - 7+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET (Core and/or Framework). - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including hands-on experience with core services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, etc.). - Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects in a technical leadership capacity. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection. - Experience working with distributed systems and scalable backend architectures. Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and APIs using C#/.NET and Azure. - Own technical decisions and mentor a team of developers through code reviews, architecture guidance, and best practices. - Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable backend solutions. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of backend systems. - Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues when needed. - Promote clean architecture principles and cloud-native development best practices.
