Job Summary : We are seeking a polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agent to represent our clients by providing excellent service to their customers via phone. The agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and aims to create a positive experience for each caller. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate, efficient responses. Responsibilities : - Answer inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm. - Make outbound calls and communicate effectively with customers. - Build lasting relationships based on trust and reliability. - Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent service. - Achieve department productivity and quality standards. - Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer issues. - Follow instructions for one-call resolution. - Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. - Educate customers about our clients' products and services. Skills Requirements : - Experience in customer service in a call center or retail environment is preferred, demonstrating empathy and compassion. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Maintain accuracy and meet production standards. - Consistent attendance is essential. - Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends. Education Requirements : High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Physical Requirements : - Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force. - Visual acuity for data analysis and computer use. - Speak, listen, type, and sit for extended periods.
