The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for theoverall performance of our Casino Management Systems business inEurope. Working with local and global teams they will definecustomer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customersand manage the teams that support existing customers. Thesuccessful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they buildpositive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-Suitedecision makers and demonstrate a natural ability to help customerpartners realise value and efficiency from their investment inL&W;’s products and services. Candidates coming from an ERPbackground would be well suited to this role. Essential JobFunctions End-to-end ownership of all customer activity for systemsproducts with the European region. Create market by marketstrategies and plans to deliver new business opportunities. Identify and target new business opportunities through proactiveprospecting and lead generation activities. Conduct in-depthanalysis to understand partner’s business challenges andobjectives. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline througheffective networking, market research, and collaboration withinternal stakeholders. Develop and deliver compelling salesproposals and presentations tailored to each customer, presentingand demonstrating our solutions to key decision-makers. Leadcontract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client andcompany objectives. Develop and implement account plans to achievelong-term objectives. Identify, manage, and close opportunities forupselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Ensure allcustomers are aware of new products, features, and upgrades. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development andregional support teams, to ensure client satisfaction and success. Indirect Management of customer services team (installation,helpdesk, customer project and account management). Communicationand collaboration with Regional Leadership Team. TRAVELREQUIREMENTS Travel required to our offices in Nice (operationalbase for development and support teams) with occasional travel LasVegas (global head office) QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience :7-10 years technical sales experience in software and / or systemswith a track record of exceeding targets Understanding of casinooperations and gaming technology is a significant benefitKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Strategic approach and abilityto see the big picture Analytical thinker with the ability totranslate problems into action plans Strong relationship builderwith evidence of customer focused style Proven ability to developand nurture relationships with prospects, customers, managers, etc. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
