We’re proud of: We're looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Brand team. You'll play a key role in bringing Valtech's brand to life, creating compelling visuals. Working with a global team of designers, writers, and strategists in an agile environment, you'll develop and execute design solutions for various channels. Role responsibilities Produce high-quality design assets: Adapt, retouch, and scale a variety of assets for both digital and print formats, aligned with project objectives and brand standards. These include but are not limited to: - Digital: Social media graphics, website banners, video assets, email marketing campaigns, digital ads. - Editorial / Print: Whitepapers, brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral for events. - Presentations: Design presentations tailored for internal and external audiences. - Brand guidelines: Help maintain and update brand style guides and assets. Collaborate effectively: Work closely with creatives, writers, strategists, and executives (SMEs) to ensure smooth project execution, with support from your lead and project manager. Present your work: Share your designs with stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and decisions. Stay up-to-date: Keep current with design trends, technologies, and best practices. Advanced English skills. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Art Direction or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Figma. Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite: PowerPoint, G Slide, Word, etc. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and grid. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Passion for design and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field. Preferred qualifications Experience with AI image generators (e.g MidJourney, Firefly, Adobe Photoshop, etc). Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with UX/UI design principles. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Optimizely CMP, Jira, Asana) and agile methodologies.
