**About the role** We are seeking an Infra Dev Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our IT service management capabilities. With 8 to 10 years of experience focusing on optimizing and automating IT processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. You will be a valued member of the SNBG team Your contributions will directly impact our company’s operational excellence and customer satisfaction. **In this role, you will**: 1. **Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions** Core function that drives process efficiency and automation. It sets the direction for streamlined service management. 2. **Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems** Enables seamless connectivity and workflow automation—critical for scalability and unified operations. 3. **Provide technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform** Ensures reliability, performance, and scalability, which are essential to maintaining a stable and responsive system. 4. **Lead efforts to automate routine IT tasks** Reduces manual workload, enhances response times, and improves overall service delivery. 5. **Monitor and maintain the health of the ServiceNow platform** Proactive system maintenance minimizes downtime and ensures high availability for end users. **Work model**: We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered: - Possess a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM with proven experience in developing and implementing IT service management solutions. - Demonstrate expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to enhance process automation. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve technical issues. - Have a solid understanding of IT service management best practices and industry standards. - Show proficiency in automating IT processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. **These will help you stand out**: - Good English level B2 or Above - Proven experience working with ServiceNow - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITIL Foundation Certification - Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
