You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for conducting consultations, gathering case information, and ensuring a smooth intake process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and a strong sense of professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with potential clients via phone and online inquiries Electronically sign up new clients and address their questions or concerns Schedule initial clinic appointments for new clients Review and process legal documents, emails, and calls from clients, law firms, and clinics Perform data entry and documentation review for each case Collaborate with other departments to support client cases Redirect calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers appropriately Provide front-desk support and assist walk-in clients when needed Skills & Qualifications Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign) Excellent client service and communication skills Ability to remain calm and empathetic in difficult situations Experience using standard office equipment High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
