Job Title: Chargeback Resolution Specialist This role is responsible for efficiently managing and resolving transaction disputes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and industry standards. The Chargeback Resolution Specialist will be tasked with maintaining high-quality standards, meeting established deadlines, and proactively identifying and resolving issues related to chargebacks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve chargeback reports, transaction reports, and other operational reports. - Perform transactional reconciliation of chargeback operations. - Track and manage any issues that arise during the chargeback process. - Develop operational procedures related to the tasks associated with this role. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in chargeback management. - Global-level knowledge of acquiring processes. - Previous experience in roles related to acquiring and financial transactions, transaction reconciliation, preferably in operations areas within financial institutions. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and office tools. - Technical knowledge of payment systems, financial platforms, and chargeback financial processes. - Administration, analysis, data matching, and database management skills.
