We are seeking a collaborative and driven Head of Finance to work closely with and be a strategic partner to the Digital Industries Sales Head. This role is central to our strategic planning, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we meet business objectives and succeed against our ambitions. Are you the candidate who can turn our ambitions into reality? Main Challenges The incumbent will lead financial planning and control for our Digital Industries Business in Colombia. You will hold ultimate responsibility for the integrity of books and records, as well as for effective risk management and internal control systems. • Act as a trusted partner to the Digital Industries Sales Head and management team, collaborating on strategy formulation and achieving strategic and business objectives. • Provide input on major business decisions and proactively monitor government regulations, representing the company to external stakeholders. • Ensure the integrity of books and records and maintain effective risk management and internal control systems. • Guide the implementation and administration of finance policies, guidelines, programs, and standards within Digital Industries Colombia. • Ensure quality standards for finance operations and processes are consistently met, including understanding and addressing requirements. • Liaise with external parties (auditors, banks, vendors, clients) on contractual matters, authority levels, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization. • Lead financial planning and control for the Digital Industries Business. • Serve as a role model for diversity, inclusion, and leadership in the new normal. Key Skills for Driving Our Future Vision • 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role. • Strong leadership and management skills to guide multiple teams of highly qualified professionals. • Knowledge of relevant markets, technologies, and products. • Ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate key financial metrics across different currencies. • Fluent in English and Spanish.
