Position Overview: The HR Generalist reports to the Sr. HR Director and plays a key role in Employee Relations and special projects. Responsibilities: Develop HR solutions by analyzing information and recommending actions. Enhance manager and employee performance and experience by identifying issues and solutions. Manage and execute special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating, researching, and organizing information. Prepare reports by analyzing data and trends. Ensure legal compliance by staying informed about legislation and advising management. Ensure proper onboarding of new hires with a focus on a positive experience. Review and file new hire paperwork, including I-9 documentation. Track and manage employee leaves, including FMLA, Military, and Disability. Administer Employee Satisfaction Surveys. Address employee concerns, relations, disciplinary, or performance issues. Conduct exit interviews as needed. Update policies and procedures as required. Maintain a positive office culture and handle day-to-day tasks. Perform other duties as needed. Skills/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience; 3+ years in relevant roles; call center experience preferred. PHR certification is a plus. Strong multi-tasking, detail orientation, and urgency. Customer service and organizational skills background. Experience with HRIS systems like ADP, Oracle HCM. Knowledge of employment law at state and federal levels.
