Primary Purpose The Human Resources Services Analyst will support different activities of Employee Relations for Latin America (LATAM) including the execution of procedures and programs, to maximize organizational performance, development, engagement, and organizational culture. Responsibilities Labor and services contract management for LATAM. Keeps track of renewals and complete addendums as needed.Absences management for LATAM. Supports employees on all aspects of leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with VaxTRIALS regional guidelines. Manages the leave administration process from employees' initial notice of the need for leave to the employee's return to work. Gathers and ensures completion of required paperwork, including medical certifications, determines leave eligibility, designates, or denies leaves as appropriate, recertifies leaves, and tracks and accounts for leave time used. Keeps the file of collective vacation days and holidays updated at the LATAM level. Sends vacation report to Managers.Migratory management for LATAM- Panama. Prepares the necessary documentation that is required to be presented to government entities for immigration processes.Health and Safety (HSE) Plan for LATAM. Executes and controls the annual occupational health and safety (HSE) plan.Wellness for LATAM. Administers regional wellness initiatives from the 4OurLife program. Administers corporate gift management when needed.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related fields.English absolute minimum level for the job: Upper Intermediate (B2)Knowledge in HR processes in LATAM such as wellness, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and absence managementProficient in Office (Excel, Word, PPT)Organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills1+ years of experience in HRCONNECT WITH US!
