The Role This is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex-Strategy Consultants, working closely with Regional Leadership, and make an impact in one of the fastest-growing companies in the marketplace. Salesforce seeks highly talented and passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how our solutions can transform customers’ businesses and help them exceed their goals. We aim to deliver business transformation through technology, requiring individuals who can develop deep insights into the business dynamics of strategic customers and help shape their change agenda. You will collaborate with our Commercial sales teams on strategic accounts in Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. This role focuses on strategic deal support through developing Investment Justifications, Business Cases, Value-Based Proposals, and Account and Commercial strategies. Responsibilities Work with Enterprise sales teams to define Account Strategy, prioritizing sales initiatives based on pain points, value potential, and strategic priorities. Build and deliver Investment Justifications and Business Cases to secure customer funding, identifying key business value drivers. Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customer business at scale. Create and deliver compelling C-level presentations to support strategic technology decisions. Structure deal negotiations and proposals to maximize revenue growth and close large deals. Experience/Skills Required At least 4+ years of experience in corporate, business, and operational strategy at a Top Tier Consulting Firm or equivalent experience. Strong problem structuring and solving skills. Ability to create, quantify insights, and communicate recommendations to CxOs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Self-starter, high energy, comfortable operating in a fast-paced software environment. Exposure to technology business development and marketing is desirable. Commercial drive, experience working with sales teams and leaders preferred. Fluency in English.
