***PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH*** Job Overview: Accounting Officer We are seeking experienced individuals to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), along with other assignments from team members. The ideal candidate must have an excellent understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) Statements. They should be capable of reading and explaining financial statements, presenting forecasts to the leadership team, and demonstrating a proactive and organized approach. Job Description: Billing and Invoicing: Review all internal projects, tickets, and tasks to ensure clients are billed correctly for services rendered, including both one-time and recurring services. Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor A/R to ensure clients pay their bills promptly, effectively managing the company’s income. Accounts Payable Management: Reconcile all accounts actively, ensuring vendors and A/P are paid to prevent service interruptions for clients. Financial Reporting: Generate P&L statements, ensuring profitability across services, products, projects, and clients. Auditing: Conduct periodic audits throughout the year to ensure proper billing of services. Documentation and Workflow Optimization: Document all responsibilities, create training videos, and develop new workflows to enhance efficiency for both clients and the company. Process Improvement: Implement innovative ideas to save time and money by automating processes, eliminating manual tasks, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to avoid costly mistakes.
