The jTAS is a valued member of both the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the department(s) you are supporting. As Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are passionate, collaborative and flexible working skills will be called on to strengthen your hiring teams and enable them to continue to recruit the best talent for Genius Sports. **Main Responsibilities**: - Hitting consistent target hiring number for critical positions. - Project management of multiple recruitment processes, supporting several business areas. - Provide ongoing feedback regarding the overall recruiting market and best practices to keep hiring managers informed about realistic expectations. - Conduct salary benchmarking activities and keep the business informed on compensation, Global Market overview and trends. **Required skills**: - He or she has a track record of managing multiple recruitment engagements in a result orientated environment and is used to reevaluating prioritizations on a continuous basis. - A track record of recruiting and building high-performing Ops teams. - Natural intuition for what drives people and where they can most manifest their potential. - An infectious passion for impactful products and ambitious missions. - Excellent time management abilities. - Demonstrated headhunting expertise. **Key Objectives of the role**: - Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively. **Key Competencies Required**: - Organizational Savvy - Accountability - Initiative - Agility & Adaptability - Community - Accomplishment **We Offer** As well as a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, our benefits include health insurance, skills training and much more, depending on location**.** We also offer a host of softer benefits, including many social events throughout the year such as summer and winter holiday parties, monthly team building events, sports tournaments, charity days and wellbeing activities. - Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently using virtual hiring processes in some locations, so that we can continue hiring great people whilst being mindful of the health of everyone involved in the recruitment process.
