We are looking for an experienced Intercompany Specialist, based in Bogotá, Colombia Manage I/C processes across functional areas, Business Units and countries following strategic objectives in a close coordination with Regional Supply Chain team **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: Identify I/C sales opportunities around the region and other regions in coordination with Regional Team Prepare I/C Quotation for Price List Products (MTS and MTO) Identify product requirements and source plants with R&D; Prepare I/C Quotations for Non Price List Products and new offer (MTO) Ensure Logistic Cost efficiencies for I/C transactions Manage Prices Lists for I/C Products offered and keep updates Proces List from other countries Manage intercompany records within defined means (Quotations, Pipeline, Customer Orders, IC Orders, Transit, etc.) Prepare I/C Requirements List to be presented within S&OP; Intercompany Ensure I/C Requirements aligment during S&OP; Intercompany Manage I/C order entry and processing Follow up I/C Orders and keep updated each weekly status. Assure shipments warranting adecuated logistics costs and service level Manage shipments emiting and/or validating shipping documents Manage I/C order changes Support Inventory Management Keep close coordination of all I/C transactions with Regional Team KPIs and Reports We are looking for College, university, or equivalent degree in Industrial Engineer, International Trade or Business Administration. 5 year in supply chain, inside sales, foreign trade or similar positions. English, Spanish, Customs and Duties, ERP, Incoterms, Advanced Excel. Desirable knowledge: Basic Electricity, Basic Electrical Conductors, Inventory Management.
