You can help us to achieve our mission. **Responsibilities**: **CSU BPM** **Planning & Executing as One Microsoft**: - As a Trusted Advisor to the Area CSU and CSAM Leads _supporting effective rhythms with actionable insights to drive increased capability & business performance **Driving a Healthy, Predictable business**: - As a Driver of Process Discipline & Execution Excellence _- coaching discipline & adherence to process & hygiene standards, per Microsoft’s defined expectations on delivery execution, holding CSU managers accountable for quality & accuracy **Driving Customer Outcomes & Consumption**: _As a Coach Accelerating Growth through Transformation & Consumption_- CSAMs are actively planning and delivering MIP/Custom Services in alignment with Success Engagements to drive Cloud consumption. **Business Management** Planning Process - support on critical planning deliverables and providing insights on capacity planning so areas can deliver Proactive and Service Delivery Management that were sold to customers with the right amount of resources required. Support on CSAM Territory planning and industry alignment with focus on continuous improvement on customer experience. Business RoB - collaborate with internal business partners on preparation and providing insights for quarterly VSUs, Delivery Health Connect meetings with Corp. Manage Unified Consumed Revenue (UCR) and drive recovery plans as needed for key delivery excellence metrics (Burn Rate, Billable Utilization, Proactive Net Efficiency and others) which are strategic for business long term success. Change/Program Management - Drive operational change plans with a focus on effective adoption. Building and landing enablement materials. Champion Consumption - Ensure we deliver against Support contract obligations for all services (management, reactive and proactive) and delivering value through outcomes connected to customer's priorities. **Delivery Operations** Support on operational excellence that are a foundation to meet contract obligations and customer satisfaction Ensure operational excellence are adhere to - CSAMs are creating and planning Support Projects aligned with Success Engagements that accelerate Cloud Consumption and land Well-Architected Services. **Qualifications**: **Qualifications** Required/Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement - OR equivalent experience.
