As a Growth & Strategy Manager, you will support category-changing initiatives in partnership with marketing, RDQ, finance, and other functions. You will bring a deep understanding of consumer trends and needs, business models as well as our competitors' strategies. - Drive dialogue with Marketing, RDQ, Finance, other functions to assess and recommend business solutions. Inspire and influence cross-functional, multi-regional teams, and engage both internal and external partners to support superior product innovation, business model innovation, etc., which deliver sustainable, incremental, and profitable revenue potential. - Support strategic innovation roadmaps. - Support innovation processes, cross-functionally from concept to commercialization. - Secure successful rollouts of existing bundles in white space markets. - Support regions with best practices on winning bundles. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Development - Contribute to the development of comprehensive long-term and short-term strategies aligned with overall business objectives for the WACAM region. - Identify and assess emerging market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations. - Help define target audiences, value propositions, and key marketing priorities for brands and categories. - Explore and evaluate potential new business opportunities within the WACAM region, including new product categories, market segments, and distribution channels. - Develop business cases and financial models to support new business initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, R&D;, Finance) to assess viability and develop go-to-market strategies. - Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from marketing campaigns, sales data, and consumer research. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for optimization. - Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to the Regional Growth & Strategy Lead and other key stakeholders. - Support the execution of marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and in-store activations. - Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to optimize results. - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing activities. - Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and consumer trends within relevant product categories. - Identify opportunities to leverage category insights to drive brand growth and market share. - Share category expertise and insights with the broader marketing team. Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in strategy roles within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. - Demonstrated track record of contributing to the development and execution of successful marketing strategies. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - In-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Nielsen). - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Fluency in English is essential.
