You willbring Salesforce project implementations to life by working withour customers to understand their business, identify theirrequirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch their solutions. You will have the opportunity to: - Work with our customers todefine requirements, and also propose and deliver solutions -Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloudand Field Service Lightning - Configure Salesforce Solutions usingpoint-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., ProcessBuilder and Visual Flows) - Build intuitive solutions arounddigital channels like chatbots and messaging - Understand andleverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions -Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers - Acquire new technicalexpertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and majorlaunches Required Qualifications: - 3+ years project experience ina hands-on position - 2+ years experience with Salesforce in adevelopment or configuration capacity - Understanding of CustomerService and Field Service Business Operations with experiencesolving Complex Use Cases - Solid understanding of SalesforcePlatform and its architecture - Basic understanding of Omni-channel, Knowledge Articles, Chatbots, Case Management, etc. -Basic understanding of Service Cloud Object model and relationships- Basic understanding of Embedded Service Configuration and Email-to-Case + Web-to-Case - Experience building CustomApplications, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Field Service MobileApp Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, andSLAs/Entitlement Processes within Salesforce - Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, DevelopmentLifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance - Clientfacing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities,Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, DeliveringSolution Options to Customers, and Enterprise ApplicationArchitecture Preferred Skills: - Any Salesforce Certifications area plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant - B.S. in ComputerScience, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree/equivalent experience - Detail-oriented and a strong team playerwith great communication skills - Keeps an open mind and must beflexible to change What's it like to be a part of NeuraFlash? -Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over halfof our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we're focused onkeeping everyone connected and unified as one team. - Travel: Getready to pack your bags and hit the road!
