_**How You Will Contribute**_ - Managing, scheduling, coordinating the releases and deployment of any components in production (software updates, security improvements, and projects) within his assignment. - Maintaining/improving the release management process for code throughout all environments of TransUnion (DEV, QA, UAT, PRD). - Develop, support, implement and maintain the processes, products, services, templates, scripts and tools necessary to execute and deliver DevOps best practices. - Defining future releases and communicate it to the stakeholders. - Work with IT, Developing, QA and security team to help create a resilient, well-monitored, and maintainable deployment environment. - Support and assist the developers, testers and operations teams in the set-up of their build/test environments. - This resource will report directly to the DevOps Lead of TransUnion. - **What You Will Bring**_ - Engineering career (Software Engineer). - At least 2-3 years of experience as DevOps Engineer. - Expertise in source code repository tool such as GitHub. - Expertise with in Continuous Delivery (CD) / Continuous Integration (CI). - A strong drive to design, implement and support Continuous Delivery workflows. - DevOps knowledge. - Linux strong knowledge and experience. - Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle. - Advanced knowledge of Java. - **Stack Release**:GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Sonarqube. - **Stack Tech**: Java 1.8, PL/SQL, Oracle DB. - Strong scripting skills in Powershell/Groovy/Bash/ Ansible/ Docker/ Veracode. - **Optional requirements**_ - Working in Agile environment. - **Knowledge in Tools**:Vagrant, python, chief and Cloud Devops is a Plus. - Devops, Agile or ITIL foundation certification or more.
