Responsibilities - Have experience working with celebrity/big KOL (Key Opinion Leader), knows how to deal with celebrities and how to make amplification campaign with celebrities. - Have a social campaign mind-set, good at finding the upcoming and current hot topic in Colombia, which could be used by the brand to leverage and create some social buzz or social engagement with consumers. - Creative thinking, understand how to create the big idea based on the brand position and campaign objective and to make the campaign well-known. - Have experience of designing and executing big social campaigns and helping brands to increase social buzz/good word-of-mouth, and also increase brand awareness and considerations. - Experience in TVC video designing and shooting, knows how to guide agencies to deliver high quality content based on brand's needs. - Experience in 360 market campaign is added value, understand how to collaborate with media/PR/content team to amplify the campaign result. - Experience in well managed creative agency/KOL agency (Key Opinion Leader) to make sure the strategy is fully aligned with marketing objective and execution is fully achieved.
