The Labor and Employment department is seeking an associate with 4-6 years (Class of 2019-2021) in the New York or LA office, with extensive private sector traditional labor experience including: Researching, analyzing and briefing issues under the National Labor Relations Act; NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, including representation petitions and ULPs; and labor arbitrations; Advising on unionization efforts including union campaigns and overseeing elections; Negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements and advising regarding contract administration; and Advising on labor issues in corporate transactions. Candidates must have management side law firm experience and be admitted to either the California or New York bar. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000.
