**Location**: Colombia **Role**: **Main Responsibilities**: - Manage the project team through the project implementation from start to finish using Agile Methodologies - Serve as the main client contact and manage day to day interactions - Lead client through the design discussions to ensure that all the client’s requirements are met in an optimal solution - Manage and mentor team members through identification and improvement of delivery and help others understand how to implement optimized solutions - Deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to business users - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify pain points and expansion opportunities - Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field to field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing - Determine and set priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for projects - Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisions - Communicate well written and orally at all levels ‐ managerial, technical, and user **Essential Qualifications**: - Background in financial/multi-dimensional modelling, analytics, or business intelligence - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau, or similar technologies - Prior relevant consulting or industry experience in a client facing role - Prior experience overseeing project teams and change initiatives in a project management role - Prior Experience leading a project team of 3-5 people using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and system interfaces - Prior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients - Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies - Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experience - Fluent in English **Desirable Qualifications** - Demonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) - SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS - Prior experience with Consolidation/Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning - Familiarity with Sales Performance Management solutions - Prior experience with leading ETL tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)) - Thought leadership such as publications or presentations in select industries or use cases - Anaplan Certification such as Master Anaplanner - Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration - Fluent in Portuguese **About KEYRUS EPM (formerly Impetus Consulting Group)**: KEYRUS EPM Americas is a professional services firm focused on driving improved bottom-line profitability to our clients through actionable analytics and sustainable processes leveraging best-in-class tools and proven solutions.
