We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Operations and Product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for uploading and updating services information, including ground transportation, tours, and excursions provided by our vendor partners. Your primary task will be data entry, where you will receive, process, and input service details into our system in a timely manner, following standard procedures and suggested SLAs. You will work closely with the Product Department to ensure accuracy and efficiency, while also collaborating with the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow and service availability. **Key Responsibilities**: - Process and update service details received from the Product team, ensuring timely uploads into the system. - Maintain high standards of accuracy while efficiently handling data entry tasks. - Input and update vendor service data (e.g., transportation, tours, excursions) with a focus on accuracy and completeness. - Ensure data integrity by following standard operating procedures and meeting SLAs. - Collaborate closely with both Product and Operations teams to align with operational goals and improve service delivery. - Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the team and organization. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, for efficient data management. - Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. - 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred. - Basic knowledge of the travel or tourism industry is a plus, though not required.
