Job Description We're seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist to drive campaign performance and growth across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of paid marketing campaigns, optimize ad spend, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our digital strategy. As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You'll analyze performance, test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to ensure maximum ROI. You'll also use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to monitor and report results. Additionally, you'll build custom dashboards to track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key KPIs. Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across major ad platforms, with a proven track record of success in optimizing for performance (ROAS, CPL, CAC). Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads is required, along with familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, or similar tools.
