About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Quality Engineering organization. This role will focus on developing and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and processes used across studios. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in languages such as C++ and Python. They will also have a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, design patterns, and data structures. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and processes used across studios. - Work closely with QA and engineering partners to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions. - Contribute to technical architecture and design documents for small/medium sized features. - Ensure seamless partner experience by understanding partner needs and building proper tooling solutions. Qualifications: - 3+ years of professional development experience with OOP Languages, C++. - 1+ years of professional development experience with scripting languages like Python. - 1+ years of professional experience working with RDB (SQL) and reporting/visualizing large datasets. - Contributor to technical architecture and design documents for small/medium sized features. - A solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, design patterns, test-driven development, CI/CD processes, and data structures. - Understanding of SDLC, STLC processes, and quality methodologies. - Quality-first mindset and desire to make QA more successful through tools/automation. - Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software Engineering, Computer Science Degree or related concentration, equivalent and/or combination of education and work experience.
