We are seeking an experienced and passionate developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality web applications using React.js. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. Responsibilities - Develop user-facing features using React.js - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use - Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers - Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless application experiences - Write clear, maintainable, and testable code - Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on React.js - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as ES6+ features - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI) - Ability to debug and optimize front-end performance - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience in Agile software development methodologies - Familiarity with authentication flows (AAD, PATs, JWT, or custom tokens) Benefits - Private health insurance - Paid time off - Work from home - Training and development opportunities
