Job SummaryResponsibilities - Design, build, and maintain scalable automatedtesting solutions for backend services, APIs, and UIs. - Ownquality across the lifecycle of features — from design andimplementation to release and monitoring. - Collaborate acrossengineering, product, and DevOps to integrate test automation intoCI/CD workflows. - Lead the identification and resolution ofquality issues, test gaps, and flaky test cases. - Contribute to QAprocess improvements and mentor junior engineers in automationpractices. - Ensure performance and scalability validation ofcommunication services where necessary. Qualifications and JobRequirements - 5+ years of experience in software qualityassurance, with at least 3 years in automation. - Strong skills inGo, JavaScript, or TypeScript for automation scripting. -Experience testing RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows (e.g.,Pub/Sub), and web applications. - Hands-on experience with testframeworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar. - Familiarity withcloud platforms (ideally Google Cloud) and containerizedenvironments (Kubernetes, Docker). - Solid understanding of CI/CDpipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent. -Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functionalteams.
