We are looking for a seasoned Chief Workday HRIS Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will partner with HR leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the Workday platform aligns with the needs of our global organization. You will take a leadership role in managing system configurations, driving process improvements, and enhancing the overall user experience. Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to expert for Workday modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Talent/Performance, Benefits, and Payroll Lead the planning and execution of system updates, configurations, and integrations based on business needs Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance workflows and user satisfaction Manage Workday security settings, business process configurations, and ensure data accuracy Oversee system testing, upgrades, and patch deployments in coordination with technical teams Support HRIS initiatives by driving change management efforts, creating communication strategies, and delivering training sessions Troubleshoot system issues, provide operational support, and recommend innovative ways to improve performance Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support organizational decision-making

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in HRIS or a related technical role A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position, managing teams and delivering results Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and its various functionalities Proven expertise in system implementations, optimizing business processes, and managing projects Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance best practices Experience using Workday modules such as Absence, Talent/Performance, Benefits, and Payroll Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across teams Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced and evolving environment Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
