In this role the person will be responsible for developing brand strategy with manager support, while reaching volume, sales and SOM objectives in the country through the on time developing of brand strategy: activations, Innovations and Equity Plans execution. A highly collaborative approach is required with key stakeholders, including LATAM Sector MKT team, Market Unit leader, Commercial Market Unit teams and key global functions (R&D, Finance, etc) This will be achieved by landing Regional and Local initiatives which will require quality inputs from consumer, customer and channels while navigating through a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment driven by results. Expertise in A&M management to guarantee ROI, W/NW targets and profitability. Your Impact As Field Mktg Analyst your responsibilities would consist of Functional Lead Leads Choclitos and Tostitos providing local expertise according to market needs. Deliver sales, volume and market share objectives according to aligned plans with market unit. Works together with other areas to develop robust 360 commercial activations to maximize growth. Planning & Execution Executes plan to achieve brand goals according with market and commercial unit expectations. Monitors and assesses brand business performance and market trends. Builds and delivers strong analytics to support the business and design actionable plans. Field Commercial Activation Provides solid direction to the category and Commercial activation teams in order to localize effectively the brand marketing mix on each customer/channel, including Core initiatives, Innovations and promotions. Manages relationship and leads creative and media agencies in campaign creation / adaptation from brief development to executions
