Job Title: Supply Chain Planner We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our S&OP; cycle from baseline forecast to constrained demand plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between bottlers and the company regarding depletions and delivery figures. This role involves delivering demand signals to production facilities and timely analyzing demand variations to propose adjustments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the S&OP; cycle, driving monthly demand reviews with bottlers at both depletions and delivery levels, including supply constraints that might affect the demand plan. 2. Conduct sales forecasting based on statistical models and customer insights, maintaining records of building/destroying blocks affecting sales (e.g., price increases, out-of-stocks, distribution disruptions, volume promotions). 3. Ensure updated demand signals are properly directed to production centers, considering availability and production feasibility. 4. Monitor weekly sales advances, identify deviations and trends, and propose mitigation actions to reduce impacts on the supply chain after unforeseen deviations. 5. Ensure order fulfillment for customers and agree volumes are properly ordered from the bottler to the company, according to frozen periods. 6. Analyze sales performance indicators (forecast accuracy, sales compliance, OTIF, fill rate), identify trends and risks in operations. 7. Support commercial activities involving demand and sales forecasts. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. 2. More than 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics. 3. More than 5 years of experience in inventory control and customer services. 4. Advanced user of Microsoft Office. 5. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) preferred. 6. Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
