Financial Controller/Accounting Manager **Job Overview**: We are looking for a person who wants the challenge of handling and improving the accounting processes of a dynamic, fast growing ecommerce holding company. You have a proven track record of accurately recording transactions, generating financial statements, reconciling complex multi-location inventory, and improving accounting processes. You pride yourself on acute attention to details, accurate financial statements, and strong organizational skills. **Had you been with us last month, you would have done these types of tasks**: - Day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation for multiple ecommerce brands - Approve timesheets and process payroll - Scheduled the payments of invoice to our suppliers - Resolved billing issues with suppliers - Reconciled cost of goods sold with returned product - Developed and prepared financial reports for leadership - Reconciled complex inventory in multiple locations - Review and adjust accounting entries from other team members - Help develop and maintain budgets, financial forecasts - Familiarity with ecommerce operations - Proficiency with QBO, Microsoft Excel - Familiary with modern tech stacks and software - Ability to distil complex financial situations and questions into simple and clear conclusions - Fantastic analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively collaborate with and support cross-functional remote team members - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Experience in financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement) modeling and analysis - Strong written and verbal English **Some additional, desirable experience include**: - Financial planning and analysis - Purchasing and demand forecasting **About Three Rivers Collective** Three Rivers Collective is a United States based ecommerce holding company with brands in the Sports and Outdoors space.
