Those relationships fuel the innovative tools we build for our partners and customers. Broadvoice is looking for a talented and competitive Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a hunter and play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. If you are comfortable running outbound campaigns to generate new business, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and partners, and closing sales, we want to talk to you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate sales through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and strategic partner relationships Evaluate customers’ UCaaS and CCaaS needs and requirements Get to know customers and offer consultative solutions to meet their needs Liaise with internal and external teams via phone and email to ensure customers have a smooth and seamless implementation Build and maintain a sales pipeline and database of prospects Research and proactively reach out to prospects in target markets that align with our ICP Participate in team meetings to discuss benchmarks and progress toward goals Enhance and promote the Broadvoice name as a brand ambassador QUALIFICATIONS English and Spanish proficiency A sales-oriented customer-focused hunter Positive attitude and strong team building skills Self-motivated and accountable in a remote environment Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated sales goals Exceptional verbal and written communication skills A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience Experience in the telecommunications industry (UCaaS, CCaaS) and in B2B sales (a plus!)
