Role: Landscape Construction Estimator Location: Remote (Latam) Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monthly Salary: $1500 - $2500 USD About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Landscape Construction Estimator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for candidates located in Latin America with a strong background in landscape construction, civil engineering, or related fields. You will play a critical role in developing cost estimates, preparing bids, and supporting project execution from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities: Perform landscape design takeoffs and analyze project plans Create detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost book of up-to-date pricing Prepare competitive bid packages and professional proposals Track and monitor project costs for job costing and financial accuracy Review and ensure compliance with project specifications and submittals Oversee material procurement and coordination with suppliers Manage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and plans Requirements: Background in landscape construction, civil engineering, or construction management 2+ years of experience in estimating or project coordination Strong knowledge of reading blueprints and technical plans Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong Excel and project management software proficiency Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Skills: Familiarity with U.S.-based construction or landscaping standards Experience with estimation tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar software Prior experience working with U.S. clients or teams
