PROFILE - 4-6 yearexperience in recruitment cyber security and tech profiles, with aproven track record of identifying, attracting, and securingtop-tier talent across relevant roles - Act as a trusted partner toboth hiring managers and candidates by demonstrating anunderstanding of engineering principles and trends - Results-drivenwith a strong sense of urgency. - Adaptable and able to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience fosteringcollaborative working relationships advising and influencingstakeholders. - Knowledge of employment laws as well as associatedhuman resources and hiring practices - High level ofprofessionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. - Highlyproficient with all Microsoft Office products particularly Exceland PowerPoint. - Familiarity with Workday ATS is preferred, butnot required. - Languages: Fluent English (essential for leadingmeetings) - Preferred: Experience in or knowledge of the financialsector (banks, fintechs, acquiring).
