You'll work closely with Account Managers and the content team to ensure alignment in campaign execution and digital marketing presence. Role Description This is a remote contract position for a Paid Media & Data Specialist. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing cost-effective Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns. Your goal will be to increase website traffic, generate leads, improve brand awareness for our clients, and track performance to provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns. In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate to ensure landing pages are optimized for maximum conversion rates, track performance, and assist the team in decision-making. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns Proficiency in keyword research tools and Google Analytics Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience with bid management and budget allocation Ability to write compelling ad copy in English that drives click-through rates and conversions Experience in creating performance reports, providing insights, and advising clients based on data Remote work capability and autonomy Availability to meet and communicate with clients or team members as needed between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM (COL time) A passion for staying ahead in the dynamic field of digital advertising Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset We welcome your application if you meet these requirements and are ready to join The Lab's dynamic digital marketing team!
