About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and enjoys the challenge of hunting for new business opportunities. There is no pre-existing client database — you'll be expected to build your own pipeline from scratch, targeting strategic industries that include both companies and content creators. Responsibilities Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market analysis. Engage with potential clients — from corporate decision-makers to digital content creators — to understand their needs and assess business fit. Analyze the commercial viability of leads and opportunities, including market trends and potential revenue impact. Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and closing. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across target industries. Attend virtual and in-person meetings, demos, and industry events (primarily in English). Represent the company at international conferences and trade shows when needed. Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored value propositions and solutions. Provide regular reporting on pipeline development, key metrics, and results. Requirements 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar client-facing role. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills — must be comfortable "hunting" without an existing database. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to engage with diverse profiles — from business executives to independent creators. Willingness and ability to travel internationally to attend client meetings and industry events. Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
