Requirements: Solid experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) , IT infrastructure, or security operations. Strong knowledge of: Active Directory and Azure AD . Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) . Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) . Familiarity with: IAM automation , identity federation, and identity governance tools. IT security principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001 , NIST , etc.). Identity lifecycle management. Desired certifications (not mandatory): Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator. CompTIA Security+. CISSP. Advanced English (Proficient or higher). Responsibilities: Administer and maintain IAM systems , including Active Directory (AD) , Azure AD , SSO , and MFA . Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls across enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to identity management. Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to enhance IAM policies and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues, such as authentication failures and access discrepancies. Support the integration of IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem infrastructure. Monitor and audit identity-related activities to detect and mitigate potential security risks. Document and improve IAM processes, workflows, and best practices.
