In this role, you'll support the execution of our customer marketing strategy, ensuring timely and impactful roll:out of activations and shopper programs. You'll help adapt brand plans to the specific dynamics of the HFS channel, connecting Marketing and Sales to drive visibility, engagement, and in:store excellence. You'll play a key role in translating insights into action-bringing shopper strategy to life and supporting business growth through flawless execution. This position is based in Bogotá. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Cross:functional Support: Work with Brand, Trade, and Sales teams to ensure communication flow and execution consistency. Participate in key meetings and provide updates on channel activities : Channel Execution : Supports the adaptation of brand campaigns and the execution of promotional plans to ensure effective in:store implementation across the HFS channel. : Operational Coordination : Coordinates materials, suppliers, and timelines to enable seamless activation and delivery of shopper marketing initiatives. : Reporting and Analysis : Tracks performance, analyzes results, and provides insights to optimize future activations and support data:driven decision:making.
