**Job duties and responsibilities**: - Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments, redirect the calls, or keep messages - Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints - Gather required information from patients and medical insurance providers - Verify medical insurance benefits and submit insurance claims - Prepare and manage outgoing mail - Place supply orders when necessary - Monitor and update records and files - Provide general administrative support for the practice **Job requirements and qualifications**: - Fluency in English and Spanish - Experience and knowledge with medical insurance verification and submission of claims is a plus - Knowledge of common online systems such as Gsuite, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), etc. - High School diploma - Additional qualifications will be a plus **Soft Skills**: - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Team player - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Customer-centric - Ability to multitask - Reliable and punctual **Other Requirements**: - Excellent WIFI - Own laptop or desktop computer - Sufficient backup power supply for power outages - Good quality headset with a built-in microphone - Working hours are when the practice is open.
