**Careers that Change Lives** **A Day in the Life** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations. - Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently. - Execution, administration and reporting of compensation and benefit programs, policies, and practices. - Ensure processes and procedures are clearly documented, up to date and used in day to day work. - Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the with the Regional Total Rewards Deployment Partners, Regional Compensation & Benefits CoE leaders, AskHR and other COEs to achieve solutions/improvements for all processes/tasks performed in Total Rewards Operations. - Ownership of assigned cases which are escalated to you until closure with end user. - Contact person for AskHR and COEs on a wide range of questions related to Compensation & Benefit programs. **Must Have: Minimum Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree required in administrative areas or areas. - 1 year of experience required in HR support, compensations or finance related activities. - Fluent English level. - Autonomy. - Teamwork. - Experience in building strong working relationships with customer groups. - Demonstrate critical thinking, ability to collaborate, generate ideas and set high standards focusing on the customer. - Ability to work in a fast based environment using your own initiative. - Strong attention to detail and have a technical aptitude possessing strong computer skills specially in Excel. - Strong verbal and writing communications skills. - Contributes to the completion of project milestones. - May have some involvement in cross functional assignments. **Nice to Have** - Nice to have experience in total rewards. - Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus. - Knowledge SAP. - Knowledge Workday. - Experience working on projects in a team environment from across multiple sites in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting a highly matrixed organization. **About Medtronic** Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
