Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards. Manage CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis. Support corporate and trust accounting functions. Work with CPA firms on audits, taxes, and financial reviews. Prepare fixed asset schedules, loan compliance reports, and board presentations. Oversee construction-in-progress and financial reporting for properties. Review and align third-party reports with internal accounting systems. Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in real estate. Strong knowledge of CAM reconciliations and budgeting. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting ERPs, preferably Yardi, Sage, and MS Office. Employment Type: 100% Remote Full-time position.
