Colombia, Bogota Global Sales 07-May-2025 Ref #: 28481 How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Sales Account Executive in Bogota, Colombia will be responsible for the portfolio sales activities implementing and developing the Delta/Latam JV sales initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Include Interact closely with Latam’s commercial sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and supporting activities. Build, maintain, and manage JV agency and/or corporate relationships at all levels within the account. Identify and develop new business JV opportunities within existing accounts. Negotiate, close, and implement agreement renewals collaboratively. Conduct joint performance analysis to maintain JV agreements and grow revenue, market share, and margins with key customer interfaces. Prospect and secure new JV and non-JV business. Develop and implement JV sales and account strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager based on the sales revenue plan. Evaluate and report on results and competitive developments. Coordinate with corporate and/or agency Sales Development to execute sales strategies and programs. Address account underperformance with appropriate corrective actions. Represent customer and Delta/Latam interests within respective organizations to communicate and execute sales strategies and programs. Create activity reports to document activities, actions, and results. Lead marketing activities, develop ad-hoc sales materials, and leverage Delta and LATAM loyalty programs to enhance sales efforts. Deploy targeted joint sales programs and tools to exceed performance targets in revenue and market share. What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) Current work authorization to live/work in Bogota, Colombia. Delta does not sponsor visas. Fluency in both Spanish and English. At least 3 years of industry experience. Strong sales orientation with the ability to create and maintain profitable business relationships. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Resilience and ability to manage change with drive and commitment. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, data analysis, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret sales reports, identify opportunities, prioritize, and develop action plans. Leadership qualities and professional communication aligned with Delta values. Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of Delta's Reservation System is a plus. Commitment to safety, security, and data privacy. Appreciation for diversity in people, thinking, and styles.
