Talent Acquisition Expert We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment efforts for Engineering positions across North America. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will support and fill requisitions, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and data-driven strategies to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools. - You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop precise job specifications/requirements, competencies, and salary recommendations. - You will utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and AI-driven platforms, to identify and engage top-tier candidates. - You will implement and refine talent acquisition strategies that enhance diversity and inclusion within the engineering workforce.
